Although we suggest everyone do an Intro & Assessment session first, the FP Movement Class is a great way to experience the benefits of proprietary FP exercises in an environment surrounded by others who are on the same page: rid their body of dysfunctions, get functionally stronger, improve posture, athleticism and optimize their longevity.
If you are unsure if you should start with classes, or are in acute pain, please call to schedule an assessment and discuss whats most appropriate for you currently.
